Head Start Child Development Program
Enrollment: 32 children, ages 3 - 5
The program is designed to provide high quality comprehensive services to eligible children and families by meeting the unique needs of each child and family's diversity, culture, ethnicity, language, ability and disability in a sensitive and respectful manner. Program components include: child development, advocacy, nutrition, family counseling, and health. Open year-round.

After School and Summer Enrichment Program
Enrollment: 65 children, ages 6 - 13
The program offers both academic tutoring and enrichment programming by positive role models in a safe, nurturing and creative environment. The academic component provides free one-on-one tutoring to youth from low- income families. The enrichment program includes arts and crafts, recreation, music workshops, theater, cooking, community service, economic development and outings. Open year-round.

Experiment in Diversity (EID)
Enrollment: 20 youth, ages 14 - 18
This Cultural Education program teaches youth the value of community, theirs and others. Youth enrolled in this program are considered "Hard to Serve". These are youth that are in the Juvenile Justice system, have potential of falling into the system, out of school or failing while in school. Our program takes youth off the streets, enrolls them in school and after-school, and engages them in activities where they learn new values of community responsibility and accountability. Quarterly presentations and free community dinners are prepared by the youth in the program. Open year-round.

Mayor's Youth Employment and Education Program (MYEEP)
Enrollment: 45 youth, ages 14-18
This program provides employment opportunities for high school aged youth. The program supports the positive development of youth in San Francisco by engaging them in meaningful employment, career, leadership, and community involvement opportunities. Program components include: workplace mentoring, youth leadership development, community service, career awareness and planning, employment training and post secondary education. Open year-round

Intensive Home Base Supervision Program (IHBS)
Enrollment: 13 youth, ages 11 - 18
This program provides intensive supervision and case management services for youth who have been adjudicated wards of the Court and placed on probation. The program is intended as a multi-service intervention and treatment program for delinquent youth who have been returned to their homes and the community but are at considerable risk to recidivate. Program Components include: school monitoring, daily curfew checks, home visits, counseling, family support services, crisis intervention, workshops and incentives. Open year-round.

ZAP/ Prop 36 Project
Enrollment: 65 youth and young adults, ages 14 - 25
A substance abuse day treatment center providing intensive therapeutic counseling. Program services include: substance abuse counseling and education, case management, anger management, AIDS/STD education and prevention, gang intervention and prevention, and community referral services. Open year-round.

Good Faith Employment Program
Enrollment: 100 annually, ages 14 & up
This program provides intensive job readiness training and referral services to unemployed and underemployed community participants. Program services include: employment counseling, professional skill development, training and employment workshops and referral services. Open year-round.

Senior Nutrition Program
Enrollment: open, ages 55 - 90+
This program provides low cost nutritious meals to seniors daily. Recreation, social events health and nutritional guidance, entertainment, games, tai-chi, computer classes, and by-weekly food distribution are also provided. Open year-round.

Senior Adaptive and Social Development Centers
Enrollment: 35, ages 40 - 90+
Recreational day program for developmentally disabled adults has been in operation for over 40 years. Program features creative and performing arts activities, living and social skills experience, daily community excursions, computer labs, arts and recreational therapy, physical exercise and mental stimulation. Open year-round.

Community Meeting Space and Classes
Participants: 150
AA, NA, Table Tennis, Hula Dance, Karate, Swing Dance and open gym basketball. Open year-round.

Historic Landmark building designed by Julia Morgan and one of the best views in San Francisco. Theater, Gymnasium, Kitchen (2), Computer Lab, Internet Access, Art Room, Multi-purpose space, Classroom, Working Fireplace, and Community Park.
